Job Responsibilities:

  • Checking employees' attendance records to ensure their punctuality and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform timely and accurate payroll administration.
  • Computing deductions and entering data into payroll system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage various HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
  • Respond to ad hoc duties as they arise, which may include resolving urgent issues, handling unforeseen problems, and undertaking projects with tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Possess good knowledge of labor legislation in HR.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Able to work independent.
  • Able to start work immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
