Job Responsibilities:
- Checking employees' attendance records to ensure their punctuality and compliance with company policies.
- Perform timely and accurate payroll administration.
- Computing deductions and entering data into payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage various HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration, and maintaining employee records.
- Respond to ad hoc duties as they arise, which may include resolving urgent issues, handling unforeseen problems, and undertaking projects with tight deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Possess good knowledge of labor legislation in HR.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to work independent.
- Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
