Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role as a Retail Deposit Specialist, located in WP Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing and expanding retail deposit portfolios by actively engaging with customers to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, promoting the bank's deposit products, answering client inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication. The specialist will also collaborate with branch and regional teams to drive sales performance and enhance the bank's customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Retail Sales and in-depth understanding of Product Knowledge
  • Experience in Deposit Sales
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid model and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
