Executive Support
- Manage the Director's schedule, appointments, and communications.
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and briefing notes.
- Track priorities, deadlines, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Corporate Secretarial & Compliance
- Maintain statutory documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit required documentation to relevant authorities.
Meeting Management
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
- Follow up with respective PICs on action items and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentation slides.
Office & Operations Support
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and interdepartmental teams.
- Assist with office administration, events, and VIP arrangements.
- Maintain stakeholder databases and contact records.
Project & Task Coordination
- Track project progress and follow up with departments on deliverables.
- Prepare project summaries, dashboards, or updates for the Director.
Travel, Personal & Logistics
- Plan travel itineraries, bookings, and travel briefs.
- Assist with personal errands, renewals, and claims (as required).
- Coordinate household or personal arrangements when assigned.
Administrative & Audit Support
- Maintain organized filing and documentation systems.
- Prepare documents for internal/external audits.
- Assist with basic financial tracking, subscriptions, and renewals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
