Summary

We're looking for a
Business Operation Intern (Martech)
who's organized, tech-curious, and eager to support both external digital platforms and internal systems across multiple business units. This role sits at the core of our digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations, and tech teams to manage data, coordinate projects, troubleshoot system issues, improve configurations, and ensure all systems work smoothly together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily administrative and operational activities, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
  • Maintain and organize data across CRM systems, Google Workspace, Lark, and project trackers.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and client presentation decks.
  • Coordinate internal requests and ensure project updates are properly documented.
  • Identify, document, and help resolve support tickets related to (Website, Ecommerce, Internal System, MarTech tools, Marketing Automation tools, etc)
  • Perform basic testing to ensure issues are resolved before closing tickets.
  • Participate in meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in
    Business Administration, Business Analyst, Marketing, or related field
    .
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in learning new systems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, data formatting, pivot tables preferred).
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, or other digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa/Mandarin a plus).
  • Able to commit for a minimum of
    3 months
    .
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, or marketing tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, , HubSpot, Airtable) is an advantage.
