Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Physiotherapist based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Senior Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients to restore physical function and promote recovery. Daily responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and executing therapies, supervising junior therapists, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapy implementation.
• Expertise in rehabilitation techniques, movement therapy, and exercise prescription.
• Familiarity with best practices in physical therapy and evidence-based care approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients and interdisciplinary teams effectively.
• Proven experience in leadership, mentoring, and guiding junior team members.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or related field; advanced certifications in a relevant specialty are an advantage.
• Licensure or eligibility to practice physiotherapy in Malaysia.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining patient records and treatment plans.
