Working days: Saturday to WednesdayOff days: Thursday and FridayWorking Hours: 9am to 6pmKey Responsibilities:Tenancy and Compliance VerificationReview tenant documents (work/student passes, passport/ID and approval letters) for validity and completeness.Ensure compliance with regulations of Singapore government bodies and report any non-compliance.Prepare or suggest appropriate contract terms on a case-by-case basis.System Accuracy and Booking ControlInput and update tenant's details accurately in the company's systems.Prevent and resolve double bookings; reconcile discrepancies between current/new tenants residing in the unit.Identify and correct any errors in documents, tenancy details, pricing, unit allocation, or system entries.Stakeholder SupportCommunicate clearly with internal teams, agents, and tenants to obtain or clarify missing information.Support Finance and other functions by providing accurate information for billing or operational purposes.Records ManagementMaintain organised and accurate digital records or foldersTrack document expiry dates and handle renewals or replacements (e.g. pass renewals).Process ExcellenceFollow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements to reduce errors.Handle personal data responsibly in line with data protection regulations.Qualifications & Skills Required:Meticulous in providing accurate and consistent data entries with minimal errors.Ability to understand and verify approval letters, work passes and tenancy documentations.Able to judge when to escalate issues or recommend suitable contract terms.Professional written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.Strong file organisation, management and multitasking ability.Technical proficiency in office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and a typing speed of >45 words per minute is preferred.Handles personal data responsibly and uphold confidentiality.Able to cooperate, be proactive and adaptable in a dynamic environment.Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.Proficiency in both English and Chinese are preferred to assist Chinese-speaking tenants. Additional knowledge of Malay and Tamil is an advantage.Minimum Diploma/A-Level or above; fresh graduates are welcomed.Prior exposure to data entry, administration, real estate, co-living, property management, hospitality, customer relationship management is beneficial but not required.
