Accounts Executive (Junior)

Responsibilities:

  • To handle full set of accounting, account payable, account receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations and able to prepare management reports for audit.
  • Ensure that the accounting records are properly maintained, reconciled and filed.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts.
  • Assist in ad-hoc assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
  • Must be computer literate and preferable with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Good knowledge in using AutoCount Accounting / UBS Accounting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Dedicated, responsible and able to complete task within deadlines.

Job highlights:

  • 5 days a week.

  • On the job training will be provided for those without experience.
