About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning & Development Team Lead, Human Resources based in our KL Eco City office, this full-time position will play a crucial role in developing and implementing impactful training programmes to support the growth and development of our employees.
Job Descriptions:
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design, deliver and evaluate training programmes that address the evolving skill gaps and learning needs of our workforce.
- Develop and curate engaging training content, utilising a variety of delivery methods such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate the logistics and administration of training initiatives, including scheduling, venue management, and participant registration.
- Gather and analyse training data to measure the effectiveness of programmes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to help employees reach their full potential.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance our programmes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a learning and development or training role, ideally within the human resources or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in using learning management systems and other training technologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and development.
