Your Role:

  • Recruit and engage new students for Samurai Academy.
  • Manage student registration, files, and documentation efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with MPC and JPK for academic coordination.
  • Oversee social media marketing to promote the academy.
  • Research & explore education/training-related events for recruitment.
  • Conduct market research to improve recruitment campaigns.
  • Support the service development team in report preparation & product testing.
  • Assist in data entry, customer feedback analysis, and documentation.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Who We're Looking For:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Marketing or Business Management.
  • Experience in event planning & employer branding strategies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to attract talent.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate recruitment & marketing performance.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry & skill-based training is a plus
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
