Job Summary:

A strong background in application implementation and support. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining business applications while ensuring seamless system integration and troubleshooting technical issues. Work closely with customers to implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Implementation

  • Develop, configure, and customize software applications based on customers' business needs.
  • Assist in the deployment and integration of the applications.
  • Collaborate with customers to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

Application Support & Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support for application-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve system bugs, performance issues, and user-reported problems.
  • Work with principal, vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures and application configurations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle DB).
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of designing and implementing cross-platform applications with Flutter for mobile, web, and desktop.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation scripts is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.

Experience:

  • 1~2 years of experience in software development, application support, or system implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, or custom business software).
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes and ticketing systems.
