The Site Architectural Foreman (Contract for Service, 1 Year) is responsible for assisting the Project Manager in coordinating with Marble Dry Lay works, ensuring work done is in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Check and study drawings before disseminating information to sub-cons and workers.
• Liaise with respective marble sub-contractor on work methods and sequencing.
• Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract specification and quality requirements.
• Ensure proper liaison between RTO on the dry lay works done and highlight any stone character issue.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Adhere to work-place safety practices.

Job Requirements

• Preferably with GCE O Level or SPM Certificate.
• Possess at least 4 years of proven and relevant Marble Dry Lay work experience. Candidate who has supervisory work experience would have an added advantage.
• Familiar with relevant technical specifications and details.
• Able to work independently while ensuring quality of work is being done.
• Comfortable with Contract for Service work arrangement for 1 year, subject to further extension.
