Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Support in payroll preparation and related statutory contributions.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and external vendors as required.
  • Assist in preparing tax submissions and compliance reports.
  • Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts Executive or Finance Manager.

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
  • Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills in English, Tamil and Bahasa Malaysia

Working Hours : 9:00AM - 6:00PM (5.5 Days per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
