  1. Responsible to prepare daily report, material requisition and progress report for all projects at the site office.

  2. Responsible to provide admin duties and clerical support to site personnel.

  3. Responsible to obtain, organise and maintain documents according to company procedures.

  4. Responsible to prepare and maintain document incoming and outgoing correspondences.

  5. Responsible to ensure that project documentation is up-to-date and systematically in server and hardcopy filing.

  6. Responsible to compile documents (Delivery Order, Correspondence, Reports, etc.) to be sent to headquarter on a daily/weekly basis.

  7. Responsible to complete all other administration tasks necessary for the proper functioning of job site.

  8. Responsible to take care of and upkeep of the site office.

  9. Responsible to maintain accurate records of site activities, reports and monitor site expenses, petty cash tracking, consumable usage monitoring diesel.

  10. Responsible to compile sub-contractor worker wages claim, suppliers claim based on the rental machinery and direct worker wages. All claims to be sent to headquarter on monthly basis.
