As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of our construction projects, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution and control. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects within the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets and quality standards
  • Manage the procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost optimisation
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and site supervisors, to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements, manage their expectations, and deliver projects that exceed their satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to project sites as needed
