Job Description
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories or market segments focused on customized fabrication solutions.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of the offerings.
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Oversee timely product delivery in alignment with agreed terms and customer expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline developments.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service and post-sales support.
- Contribute actively to sales strategy discussions, offering insights and suggestions to enhance overall performance.
- Stay well-informed about the company's products, services, and evolving industry trends to effectively address client needs.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Project Sales Executive Should Have
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a project-based sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the commercial kitchen equipment, F&B, or food service sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and nurturing client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, backed by a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Possesses a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
