About the Role

Are you passionate about social commerce and ready to elevate a brand's presence on TikTok and Shopee? We're looking for a creative and data-driven Social Commerce Executive to lead campaign execution, live broadcasts, content, affiliate programs, and ads across multiple platforms. This role is central to driving visibility, engagement, and sales for Eskayvie's digital storefronts.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotional Campaigns
: Activate and monitor sales events like double-digit and payday promotions for maximum impact.

Content & Visuals
: Ensure product visuals and descriptions are polished, compelling, and audience-focused.

Strategy & Calendar
: Develop a content calendar aligned with trends, brand messaging, and promotional cycles. Review and refine content performance regularly.

Affiliate Management
: Recruit, train, and support affiliates. Monitor performance through detailed weekly/monthly reports. Maintain daily sales data in the Nexus system.

Ads Execution
: Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads on TikTok and Shopee. Manage budgets, test formats, and conduct A/B testing for better ROI.

Live Broadcasts
: Schedule and coordinate live sessions, craft content themes, and monitor performance with actionable reports. Manage ad spend for live events.

Analytics & Insights
: Use performance data to evaluate campaign success and identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Align strategies with marketing, branding, finance, and customer success teams.

Market Intelligence
: Stay on top of platform trends, competitor activity, and evolving tools.

Customer Engagement
: Nurture positive customer interactions to build loyalty and brand affinity.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Digital Marketing, Social Media, or E-commerce certifications are a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce—specifically with TikTok, Shopee, affiliates, live broadcasts, and ad management.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee algorithms, trends, and tools.
  • Skilled in performance analytics, campaign tracking, SEO, and content optimization.
