Audit Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and complete external audit engagements in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) or relevant local standards.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements for clients in compliance with IFRS and/or local GAAP.
  • Supervise the provision of outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services to clients.
  • Assist clients with year-end closing, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and standards implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of the accounting service, from quotation negotiation to report issue.
  • Experience in tax return filing, tax consulting, client advisory, and team training on tax matters is a plus. Knowledge of preparing transfer pricing documentation and managing corporate and withholding tax filings is also beneficial.

Team Management:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of auditors and accountants.
  • Allocate resources effectively across engagements to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Provide ongoing training, development, and performance evaluations to staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Review the work results of the team
  • Complete client accounting & tax outsource work for multiple clients on time and with quality.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering high-quality service and advice.
  • Understand clients' business needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Support partner(s) with proposals, billing, and client communications.
