Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Communication & Branding

  2. Develop and implement integrated public relations strategies aligned with the

company's mission, vision, and business objectives.

  • Lead brand positioning and reputation management initiatives to elevate corporate

visibility and trust.

  • Oversee the preparation of key communication materials including press releases,

corporate speeches, and statements.

  • Ensure all communication content, visual identity, and messaging reflect the

company's brand values and tone.

  • Initiate brand storytelling and corporate social responsibility (CSR) projects to foster

positive public perception.

  1. Executive & Stakeholder Communication

  2. Serve as the official company spokesperson when required.

  3. Manage executive communication processes, including interview coordination,

message customization, and content review.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives, government

agencies, community leaders, and industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

  1. Crisis & Reputation Management

  2. Develop, maintain, and execute the company's crisis communication framework.

  3. Lead communication efforts during incidents to ensure transparency and safeguard

the corporate reputation.

  • Monitor and analyze public opinion across traditional and digital platforms to

proactively address emerging issues.

  • Provide timely media statements and manage social media communications during

crises.

  1. Team Leadership & Development

  2. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the PR and communications team to drive performance

excellence.

  • Manage communication budgets, campaigns, and media engagement plans

effectively.

  • Conduct training and coaching sessions to strengthen team capabilities in media

handling, press writing, and digital communication management.

  1. Digital and Social Media Oversight

  2. Oversee the corporate social media strategy to ensure alignment with the company's

communication objectives.

  • Direct online reputation management and ensure brand consistency across all digital

channels.

  • Supervise content creation and crisis response activities on corporate platforms.

  • Strategic Consulting and Analysis

  • Provide senior management with strategic advice on communication, branding, and

public relations initiatives.

  • Participate in corporate strategic planning to ensure alignment between business

development and communication strategies.

  • Evaluate communication effectiveness and recommend resource optimization

strategies.

  1. Project and Partnership Management

  2. Supervise large-scale communication campaigns and partnerships to ensure

alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Build and maintain strategic alliances with media outlets, PR agencies, and industry

influencers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a

related field.

  • Master's Degree or professional certification in PR/Corporate Communications is an

advantage.

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in public relations, corporate communications, or

brand management, preferably in a corporate or government-linked organization.

  • Proven experience in media relations, crisis management, and executive

communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM15, RM20,000.00 per month
