Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Skilled in video shooting & editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Ability to produce creative short-form videos and high-quality visuals.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to deliver content quickly while maintaining high quality.
  • Portfolio of previous work (designs/videos) is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality content including posters, banners, product visuals, and marketing materials.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and social media ads.
  • Plan, storyboard, and develop content ideas aligned with marketing strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency in all visual and video materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Manage content calendar and deliver content within deadlines.
  • Conduct simple product shoots (photo/video) when required.
  • Analyse content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with current content trends and competitor activities.
