Job Summary:

The Nutritionist cum Dietitian is responsible for providing professional nutrition and dietary guidance to clients, supporting wellness programs, and promoting healthy lifestyle practices in alignment with OXYZ Health and Wellness Sdn. Bhd.'s philosophy. The role involves conducting nutritional assessments, developing personalized diet plans, and collaborating with the wellness team to deliver holistic health solutions.

Nutritionist and Dietitian Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality health and wellness client care.
• Perform health and wellness assessments to clients and make sure clients understand the importance of health maintenance and benefits.
• Possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills.
• Initiate contact and interaction with potential and existing clients to introduce health program.
• Works closely with a team of Staff Nurses and Health Care Practitioners to ensure best health of clients.
• Collaborates with other health care team members to develop healthcare plans that promote continuity for clients as they receive complementary and alternative health care.
• Participate in various marketing activities to promote products and services and acquire new customers and leads.
• Provide follow up and customer care and maintain good relationship with repeating clients.
• Maintain good interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and services experience with company CRM system.
• Assist doctors as and when required during the consultation and treatments.
• Continuously develop professional skills in health and wellness field.

Requirement:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Post qualification health and wellness experience.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Continue professional development activities.
• Good speaking in English and/or Chinese.
• Passionate and dedicated to health & wellness.
• Consultation and evaluating client's health and wellness, and nutritional needs.

The successful candidate will be based in Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM10,000.00 per month
