About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Support Representative (Scrub Technician) to join our team at GLOBAL HEALTHCARE LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD. In this full-time role based in Selangor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare clients by providing expert technical assistance and ensuring the smooth operation of medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-theatre support during orthopaedic surgeries (hip, knee, trauma, sports medicine, spine, etc.)
  • Act as the scrub technician by assisting with instrument handling, implant verification, and ensuring correct product usage throughout the surgery.
  • Support hospitals and surgeons by providing product knowledge, technical guidance, and troubleshooting during procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital infection control, sterilization protocols, and company SOPs at all times.
  • Participate in training and continuous education sessions provided by Principal and internal management.
  • Uphold professionalism and represent the company's standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in the Operating Theatre (OT) or clinical support environment, preferably with orthopaedic experience.
  • Knowledge of sterile techniques, OR workflow, and hospital procedures.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including on-call or weekend cases.
  • Willing to travel to assigned hospitals or surgical centers.
