Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document organization, and digital record management.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, stock tracking sheets, and simple financial summaries for management review.
  • Assist in processing invoices, following up on payments, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate internal document flow between departments, outlets, and external partners.
  • Assisting finance team in their daily activities.
  • Manage and organize digital folders, spreadsheets, and forms to ensure efficient access and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations and business teams, including clerical tasks and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with vendors, delivery partners, and service providers regarding documentation and payments.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support daily business operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma, Degree in Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or finance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Google Sheets, and digital file management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Capable of multitasking and working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and BM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
