Junior Finance Executive

We are expanding our internal finance and accounting function to strengthen compliance and operational excellence across all group entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Support the preparation of management accounts, financial statements, and statutory submissions.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice verification and follow-ups.
  • Assist in payroll-related payment processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, SST, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for year-end closing.
  • Monitor company expenses, issue payment vouchers, and maintain proper filing systems.
  • Support the Finance Manager/Director with ad hoc reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or Xero).
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, SST).
  • Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
