Role Overview

The FP&A and Treasury Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Ditrolic Energy's financial planning, analysis, and treasury operations. This position is designed for a detail-oriented and strategic thinker who can contribute to the company's financial health and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow optimization, and financial risk management, preferably within the energy or infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  2. Lead and support the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.

  3. Conduct variance analysis and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports.

  4. Provide actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.

  5. Monitor performance against KPIs and identify financial risks and opportunities.

  6. Collaborate with business units to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals.

  7. Treasury Management

  8. Manage liquidity, working capital, and financing strategies.

  9. Optimize cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.

  10. Maintain banking relationships and negotiate terms for loans and credit facilities.

  11. Monitor foreign exchange, interest rate, and commodity risks.

  12. Strategic Finance Advisory

  13. Develop financial models and scenario analyses for investment evaluations.

  14. Support M&A, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives with financial due diligence.

  15. Advise leadership on capital structure and funding strategies.

  16. Process Improvement & Reporting

  17. Drive improvements in financial planning and treasury processes.

  18. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  19. Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies for accurate reporting.

  20. Team Collaboration

  21. Work closely with cross-functional teams including project finance, corporate strategy, and operations.

  22. Support mentoring and development of junior finance staff where applicable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; ACCA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A and treasury functions.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, HFM).

  • Experience in energy, infrastructure, or private equity-backed companies is a plus.
