Intern - Client Verification Team (CVT)

Duration:
Can fulfill an internship period for at least 3-6 months

Office Location:
Currently located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur and soon will relocate to CelcomDigi Tower, Petaling Jaya.

Benefits:
On the job training & monthly internship allowance of RM1,000

Key Responsibilities:

1) Ensure trackers of KYC, Actimize Alerts and Account Administration cases are administered and updated on daily basis

2) Collaborate with analysts, reviewers and managers to ensure the accuracy of daily trackers

3) Perform preliminary data organization for weekly, and monthly reporting purpose

4) Preparation of agenda and record minutes of meeting for weekly and monthly huddle / meeting

5) Perform support function as maker on account administration tasks mainly in maintaining static data change in the bank operation system

6) Any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

1) No work experience required.

2) Candidate must enroll in at least college diploma or degree in a Business-related / Banking / Finance discipline or similar education.

2) Minimum CGPA is 3.0 pointer

3) Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills

4) Required language(s): Fluent verbal and written in English

5) Required skill(s): MS Office and etc.
