Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team at Kian. In this role, you will manage the procurement of materials and supplies to ensure seamless operations, leveraging our industry expertise while working closely with suppliers to secure the best quality products at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and supplies.
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new vendors to diversify sourcing options.

2.Inventory Control:

  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and align purchasing strategies accordingly.

3. Cost Optimization:

  • Analyze market trends and pricing to negotiate favorable terms and secure cost-effective procurement solutions.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality and supplier reliability.

4. Supplier Collaboration:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with Kian's quality standards.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation, providing regular reports to management on procurement activities and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely payment processing for suppliers.
