HR Admin Assistant

- Provide administrative support for HR executives
- Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation
- Assists in filling SOCSO claims & insurance claims.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations and days off
- Answer employees' questions and provide requested information
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Create reports for senior management.
- Any ad-hoc assigned by the management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
