  1. Experience:

  2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in security operations or as a security guard.

  3. Experience in managing or supervising a team, preferably in a security environment.
  4. Ability to manage and monitor security staff (Nepalese workers).
  5. Proven experience dealing with management, security managers, and clients, especially in a high-security environment like a data center.

  6. Skills and Knowledge:

  7. Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.

  8. Ability to supervise and assign tasks to security guards and monitor their performance.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with site management, security managers, and clients.
  10. Basic knowledge of using computers (e.g., daily report preparation, Microsoft Word, Excel, email communication).
  11. Ability to use a laptop or tablet to submit daily reports, incident logs, and updates to the management team.
  12. Basic understanding of handling site issues and operational matters in a security context.

  13. Language Proficiency:

  14. Fluent in Malay and English (written and spoken).

  15. Additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi) are a plus.

  16. Customer and Site Relations:

  17. Ability to communicate effectively with customer management to provide updates on-site issues and concerns.

  18. Responsible for maintaining smooth operations at the site, ensuring that all security duties are being performed properly and efficiently.
  19. Must be able to follow up with customers and provide solutions to any site-related problems.

  20. Other Qualities:

  21. Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  22. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
  23. Ability to handle and manage stress, especially in a fast-paced environment.
  24. Must be physically fit and capable of handling a 12-hour shift.

  25. Work Schedule:

  26. Working 6 days per week, with 12-hour shifts.

  27. Flexibility to work weekends or holidays when required.
