Positions Available

  • Team Lead – Back End Developer (1 headcount)
  • Back End Developer (2 headcounts)

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Back End Developers and a Team Lead with strong experience in .NET, WinForm C#, or Visual Basic. This role focuses heavily on business process–driven development, scalable backend architecture, and delivering practical solutions for healthcare operations.

The Team Lead will oversee technical direction, manage feasibility assessments, and guide the development team, while Developers will support backend builds, integrations, and API development.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership (Team Lead)

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable backend solutions.
  • Review performance and provide coaching to team members.
  • Prioritize development tasks and manage team workload.

Backend & API Development

  • Design and develop high-performance .NET Core APIs and backend services.
  • Architect scalable, secure systems that integrate with multiple platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Business Process Development

  • Build applications optimized for real business operations.
  • Work with product and business teams to analyze workflows and propose improvements.
  • Ensure solutions enhance operational efficiency and usability.

Feasibility & Solution Design

  • Conduct feasibility analysis for new projects.
  • Provide technical recommendations, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with UI/UX, frontend, product, and BA teams.
  • Ensure smooth integration between backend services and other components.

Code Quality & Best Practices

  • Enforce coding standards, best practices, and testing procedures.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain documentation.

Tools & Project Management

  • Use GitHub/Bitbucket for version control.
  • Use JIRA for task tracking, sprint planning, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, WinForm, or Visual Basic.
  • Proven experience in backend/API development and microservices.
  • Experience with business process–oriented development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with GitHub/Bitbucket and Jira.
  • Leadership experience (for Team Lead role).
  • Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and agile methodologies is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

  • RM 5, 000 — RM 13,000 (depending on years' of experiences)
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS
  • Working Hours: 8.00am – 5.30pm (Mon–Fri)

Interview Process

No technical test. Candidates must present real project samples (involving .NET Core, C#, API development, and/or cloud platforms). Interviewers will ask detailed technical questions based on past work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM13,000.00 per month
