What You'll Do
The AP INVERTO People and Operations Senior Manager will lead operations for INVERTO in
Asia Pacific, starting in Southeast Asia. The role will provide support and serve as a thought-
partner and "right hand" to the lead AP INVERTO Managing Director (MD) and leadership team.
Within the BCG framework, this position will play a crucial role in guiding the business unit's
direction. The Senior Manager, reporting to AP Functional and Digital Senior Director, will handle
staffing, career development, and other key business functions within AP INVERTO.
The role also involves coordinating and advancing INVERTO's strategic priorities including the
future expansion of INVERTO across AP, defining and implementing the commercial plan, and
monitoring business metrics such as lead flow, proposal pipeline, and project completions,
together with the AP regional finance team. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for
driving reporting, internal communication, and staff affiliation in the AP region.
Additionally, the position requires engagement with AP regional team and counterparts in
EMESA and NAMR to exchange best practices and ensure their effective application within the AP
INVERTO operations, aiming to enhance the unit's overall performance and collaboration.

This position will be responsible for coordination across and participation in activities related
to the development and management of AP INVERTO. Responsibilities include:
Working with the AP INVERTO Managing Director to develop and execute the strategy and operating model necessary to drive the growth of business unit
Lead the coordination of AP INVERTO activities across various functions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of business processes to drive efficiency and achieve strategic objectives (akin to a Chief of Staff's role)
- Ensure comprehensive and rigorous tracking of large commercial opportunities, pipeline, wins and losses, and competitive intelligence; Devise plans to improve commercial excellence
- Manage complex projects with the capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. Conduct in-depth strategic analysis that goes beyond mere data interpretation to deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Support development of internal communication and marketing plan; coordinate with regional and global teams; draft communications
Organize and lead regional events and leadership meetings for INVERTO, managing all aspects from planning through to successful implementation. This includes Inverto AP's Annual Conference
Oversee the people-related functions for AP INVERTO teams
Lead the staffing process in concert with counterparts across the region. Serve as primary liaison with offices and other Practice Areas on AP INVERTO staffing issues
- Partner with the AP recruiting teams to ensure effective recruiting of Consulting staff at all levels
- Manage professional development of AP INVERTO staff including the Career Development processes, training, retention and affiliation
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts. Ensure staff reflects our D&I aspirations and drive efforts needed, working closely with regional efforts and diversity networks
Provide leadership for other people-related initiatives and projects as needed
Working closely with the AP regional Finance team, lead financial planning to ensure optimized profitability and planning
Provide support to AP INVERTO leadership team in developing annual strategic plans and financial plans
- Ensure detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting
Together with AP regional Finance team, plan for and manage pyramid to support the business objectives
Ensure tight linkage and coordination with INVERTO units in NAMR and EMESA, and AP Regional BST teams
Build and manage processes to exchange best practices and ensure their effective application within the AP INVERTO operations, aiming to enhance the unit's overall performance and collaboration.
Maintain high level of teaming, transparency, and coordination to ensure avoiding overlap and redundancy, to leverage key strengths including scale and to minimize complexity
Manage and oversee the strategic expansion of INVERTO in the Asia-Pacific region as opportunities for growth arise
What You'll Bring
This is a demanding position, and we are looking for the right individual to fill it. We expect that the
individual will possess both the technical qualifications for the role as well as other intangible
attributes.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility, preferably within a professional services firm
The ideal candidate will have either:
Experience within BCG and ability to navigate within the organization, either as a current or prior employee (strongly preferred)
- Prior experience in leading management consulting firm in either a consulting role or similar management role
Experience in a corporate environment that is recognized for having best-in-class approaches to administrative and operational excellence, talent management and human resource administration.
Undergraduate degree required; MBA or other professional degree preferred.

- An outstanding, confident communicator. Articulate and strong at influencing multiple stakeholders to adopt a new point of view.
