  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service issues professionally.
  • Prepare shipping documents and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and technical teams.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of heavy machinery and related parts.
