Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop technical teams across infrastructure, cloud, network, and cybersecurity functions
  • Define and execute regional IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and security enhancement initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including ITSM, incident management, and service delivery
  • Manage cybersecurity programs including vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on IT infrastructure and security matters
  • Execute multi-country IT projects and standardization programs
  • Ensure robust security governance and adherence to industry frameworks

Requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, with a blend of hands-on and leadership experience
  • At least 3 years managing technical teams with proven track record in talent development
  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects across multiple countries or regions

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong foundation in network infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, and data center operations
  • Solid cybersecurity knowledge including firewalls, identity management, endpoint security, and SIEM
  • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS)
  • Familiarity with ITSM best practices and IT operations management

Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluent in English
