Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sea Import Customer Service position based in Bayan Lepas. The role involves managing import and export operations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth coordination of sea freight shipments. The candidate will assist in completing documentation, liaising with international trade partners, and resolving any logistical challenges in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Import, Export, and Import Export operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
  • Understanding of International Trade processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multitasking efficiently
  • Proficiency in using logistics and shipping software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sea freight or logistics industry is beneficial
