The Assistant Manager, Warehouse & Operations is responsible for driving warehouse excellence, ensuring accurate stock management, and leading daily operational execution. This role oversees warehousing functions, supports restocking for all hubs, and manages lorry inbound/outbound scheduling. The role requires a strong executor with the ability to manage projects and lead a small operational team.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Leadership & Accuracy

  • Lead warehouse operations to ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory controls.
  • Monitor and maintain stock integrity, ensuring physical stock matches system records.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Supervise warehouse team members and ensure clear task execution and accountability.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage lorry scheduling, including inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Ensure timely restocking for all hubs and retail locations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth daily operations.
  • Ensure all operational activities follow SOP and safety standards.

Project Execution

  • Lead warehouse and operations-related projects from planning to completion.
  • Drive initiatives to improve processes, automation, or system usage.

Job Requirements

  • Senior-level or Assistant Manager experience in warehouse/operations management.
  • Hands-on experience using Odin and NetSuite systems.
  • Strong warehouse operations background, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or FMCG.
  • Good problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Able to lead a team and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
