Job Overview

As a Bank Channel Insurance Advisor, you will be stationed in a bank environment, offering professional advice on insurance products to walk-in and existing customers. This role combines customer engagement, financial consultation, and insurance sales — ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-based work and career progression in financial services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Present and explain insurance products to customers at the branch
  • Conduct financial assessments and provide tailored solutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support
  • Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to branch performance
  • Attend scheduled product knowledge and advisory training sessions

Eligibility Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Suitable for applicants from any professional background
  • Bank Channel Insurance Advisor (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years working experience
  • Diploma with under 1 year working experience
  • Senior Advisor (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Advisor: Degree with minimum 2 years related experience
