Job Description

  • Identify and engage potential TikTok creators, influencers, and partners who align with the brand, onboarding them to the affiliate program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok affiliates, providing them with guidance, content ideas, and performance feedback.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute TikTok-specific affiliate campaigns that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
  • Monitor affiliate performance on TikTok, analyze performance metrics , and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with TikTok affiliates to create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions, supporting them with promotional materials when necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, competitors, and industry movements to enhance the affiliate strategy and keep the brand relevant on the platform.
  • Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Strong in communication and negotiation, with the ability to build trust.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Malaysian only.
  • Salary Range : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
