About the role
We are seeking a Technical Assistant (Moulding) to join our dynamic team at Chong Wah Plastics Sdn Bhd. As a full-time employee based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting in the setup, operation, and maintenance of plastic moulding equipment
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery
- Collaborating with the production team to identify areas for process improvements
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to production activities
- Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical or manufacturing role
- Strong understanding of plastic moulding processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Diploma or certificate in a relevant technical field
