Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Front Desk Support

  • Greet and assist all patients to ensure a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused experience.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and promptly respond to inquiries across social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp).
  • Provide accurate information on services to both new and existing patients.
  • Educate prospective patients on available treatments and clinic offerings.

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Process billing, payments, and perform cashiering duties.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient files, inventory, and related documentation.
  • Support general clinic administration such as document filing, data entry, and daily operations.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the clinic at all times.
  • Adhere to communication protocols, operational procedures, and company policies.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with chiropractors and other clinic team members to ensure seamless patient care and workflow.
  • Assist the Doctor in managing patient flow and clinic coordination.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Additional Information

  • On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Must be open to performing ad hoc tasks as required to support daily clinic operations.

What We're Looking For

  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • Friendly, patient-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
  • A positive attitude, pleasant personality, and willingness to learn.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to travel when required.
  • Able to commit to a retail shift schedule, including weekends.
