About the role

Vance Bioenergy Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Associate Engineer, Production to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the production operations of our bioenergy facility, ensuring efficient and reliable operations to support the company's growth and sustainability initiatives.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in any filed
  2. No experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  4. Proficient in the use of production monitoring and control systems, as well as data analysis tools
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  6. A keen interest in sustainability and a commitment to contribute to the company's environmental and energy efficiency goals

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day production activities, monitoring equipment performance and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  2. Analyze production data, identify opportunities for process improvements, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure uninterrupted production
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures
  5. Provide technical support and training to production personnel to maintain high standards of operation
  6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist in the evaluation of new technologies or process innovations
