Sr. Technician

Job Description

*Perform general maintenance and repair work, including doors, windows, hinges, locks, and fittings.

*Carry out basic electrical installation, wiring, and troubleshooting tasks.

*Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment such as air-conditioning system, plumbing and building operation

*Assist in facility upkeep and ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

*Multitask across different maintenance areas as required.

*Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.

*Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition including 5S job.

*Assist engineer in formulating preventive maintenace and improvement plan for the company

*Attend to job request and other emergency job whenever necessary

RequirementsMinimum

*[Certificate/Diploma with vocational training] in Electrical/Mechanical or related field.

*Hands-on skill in using maintenance and electrical tools.Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety practices.

*Ability to work independently and in a team.Multiskill and multitasking personality with a strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

*Relevant working experience in general maintenance or technical field

*Knowledge of workplace safety procedures.

*Possession of Boilerman Grade 2 certificate will be an added advantage.
