As an Account Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain hands-on experience in daily accounting operations
  • Assist in data entry, documentation, and financial reporting
  • Work closely with a professional finance team in a dynamic environment
  • Develop practical skills and industry knowledge to prepare for your future career

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess financial statements and credit history of clients.
  • Assist in resolving credit hold issues by reviewing customer orders.
  • Support the collection of outstanding debts and communicate with customers.
  • Help prepare and process statement of account and other necessary paperwork.
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and managing the customer account.
  • Support the team in preparing monthly and other relevant reports.
  • Assist in other adhoc task as requested

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a good grasp of mathematics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Mandarin language will be added advantage

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
