Your Role as a Founding Direct or Advisory Team Member

We are building a C-Suite and Advisory Team of pioneers to co-create Zamanah's strategy, systems, and operations. This is not a title-only role — you will directly shape the company and the ecosystem it serves.

Key Responsibilities:


• Help design Zamanah's long-term vision, strategy, and operating model


• Build scalable, auditable processes that set industry standards


• Lead business development, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement


• Guide ethical frameworks, compliance, Shariah advisory, and ESG alignment


• Mentor, support, and collaborate with the founding direct team


• Represent Zamanah globally with regulators, investors, NGOs, and partners

C-Suite Roles Include:


• CEO (Founder/Chairman) – strategic leadership and ecosystem oversight


• COO – operational strategy, SOPs, and internal systems


• CFO – financial planning, investor relations, revenue strategy


• CTO – tech strategy, systems, and platforms


• Chief Compliance / Shariah Officer – ethical, legal, and Shariah guidance


• Chief Growth / Partnerships Officer – business development and strategic alliances

Advisory Team:


• Provide expertise, mentorship, and strategic guidance


• Open networks for partnerships, investors, and sector insights


• Advise on governance, ESG, Shariah, and operational excellence

• Strategic thinker AND hands-on executor
