About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at BE Automation Sdn Bhd, based in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle. Develop the project process plan and negotiate with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Keep track of the project progress and report to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables
  • Conduct regular meetings with functional parties to gather business requirements, thus to provide professional consultation to stakeholders
  • Assist in the integration testing, system testing, UAT and all kinds of implementation activities
  • Supervise and support junior colleagues on project risks measures, and ensure project delivery accordingly to the project milestones
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant/Assistant Project manager

What we're looking for

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, Information Technology or related field
  • 1+ years of solid experience in project managements. Proficient in AutoCAD, WMS or other IT infrastructure is a plus
  • Familiar with warehouse management or solution design in logistics, 3PL, automation and related fields
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, experience in working directly with clients
  • Must be proficient in both English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
