1. Human Resource (HR)

  • Mengurus proses recruitment: iklan jawatan, screening calon, temuduga & onboarding.
  • Menyediakan surat tawaran kerja, surat lantikan, surat amaran & dokumen HR lain.
  • Mengurus fail pekerja, rekod cuti, MC, attendance dan disiplin pekerja.
  • Memastikan pematuhan polisi syarikat dan SOP HR.
  • Mengurus proses confirmation, appraisal & KPI pekerja.
  • Mengendalikan training, memo dalaman & komunikasi pekerja.
  • Menyelesaikan isu pekerja dan menjadi penghubung antara staff & pengurusan.
  • Mengurus payroll bulanan: kiraan gaji, OT, claim, elaun, potongan, SOCSO, EPF & EIS.

2. Accounting / Finance

  • Menyediakan invois, resit & rekod pembayaran pelanggan.
  • Menyemak dan mengurus bil, claim & pembayaran kepada vendor.
  • Menyediakan rekod perbelanjaan & cash flow syarikat.
  • Kemaskini data kewangan dalam sistem / Excel / software akaun.
  • Menyediakan laporan akaun asas kepada pengurusan (P&L ringkas, summary expenses).
  • Memastikan dokumen kewangan teratur untuk audit / semakan pengurusan.
  • Mengurus petty cash & memastikan baki kemas kini dengan tepat.
  • Memastikan semua transaksi dibuat mengikut SOP kewangan syarikat.

3. Pentadbiran Umum (Admin)

  • Menyelaras dokumen syarikat, filing & pengurusan rekod.
  • Mengurus surat-menyurat, memo & notis syarikat.
  • Membantu tugas pentadbiran harian apabila diperlukan.
  • Menjadi 'support' kepada pengurusan untuk tugasan ad-hoc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
