1. Human Resource (HR)
- Mengurus proses recruitment: iklan jawatan, screening calon, temuduga & onboarding.
- Menyediakan surat tawaran kerja, surat lantikan, surat amaran & dokumen HR lain.
- Mengurus fail pekerja, rekod cuti, MC, attendance dan disiplin pekerja.
- Memastikan pematuhan polisi syarikat dan SOP HR.
- Mengurus proses confirmation, appraisal & KPI pekerja.
- Mengendalikan training, memo dalaman & komunikasi pekerja.
- Menyelesaikan isu pekerja dan menjadi penghubung antara staff & pengurusan.
- Mengurus payroll bulanan: kiraan gaji, OT, claim, elaun, potongan, SOCSO, EPF & EIS.
2. Accounting / Finance
- Menyediakan invois, resit & rekod pembayaran pelanggan.
- Menyemak dan mengurus bil, claim & pembayaran kepada vendor.
- Menyediakan rekod perbelanjaan & cash flow syarikat.
- Kemaskini data kewangan dalam sistem / Excel / software akaun.
- Menyediakan laporan akaun asas kepada pengurusan (P&L ringkas, summary expenses).
- Memastikan dokumen kewangan teratur untuk audit / semakan pengurusan.
- Mengurus petty cash & memastikan baki kemas kini dengan tepat.
- Memastikan semua transaksi dibuat mengikut SOP kewangan syarikat.
3. Pentadbiran Umum (Admin)
- Menyelaras dokumen syarikat, filing & pengurusan rekod.
- Mengurus surat-menyurat, memo & notis syarikat.
- Membantu tugas pentadbiran harian apabila diperlukan.
- Menjadi 'support' kepada pengurusan untuk tugasan ad-hoc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
