About the role

As an Architecture Site Supervisor at BUCG (M) SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position requires a strong technical background and the ability to lead a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality results.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and address concerns in a timely manner
  • Monitor the progress of construction work and provide regular reports to the management team
  • Ensure the effective utilisation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing appropriate corrective measures to keep projects on track
  • Provide guidance and support to the construction team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and quality control records

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Architecture or a related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, from planning to completion
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
  • Familiarity with project management software and other relevant tools
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
