Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional spa and wellness treatments, including massages, body scrubs, facials, and holistic therapies, in accordance with company standards and protocols

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with attentiveness, professionalism, and authentic hospitality

• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment areas

• Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests with confidence and sincerity

• Uphold company values, confidentiality, and service integrity at all times

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and positive teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field is an advantage (training provided for beginners)

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and customer service skills

• Responsible, disciplined, and professionally groomed

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
