Assistant Manager, Human Resources

You will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our human resources functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be passionate about building a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive work culture.
- Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Assist in employee training and development programs to promote career growth.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
