Digital Transformation Specialist

To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to identify areas for digital transformation. You will then develop and implement strategies to drive change, leveraging technology and data to create new opportunities for growth. This will require a deep understanding of our customers' needs, as well as the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics.

What you do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for digital transformation
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive change
- Leveraging technology and data to create new opportunities for growth
- Working with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions
- Analyzing data to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives

Who you are
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud, data analytics, and artificial intelligence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics and drive change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
