We are looking for a
Head of IT Operations
with strong experience running secure, stable, and compliant technology environments. The position leads infrastructure, networks, service delivery, and support teams, with a focus on operational resilience, system uptime, and strengthening overall security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and service management.
  • Ensure IT operations comply with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Lead preparation for internal/external audits and maintain documentation, policies, and SOPs.
  • Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage hybrid cloud/on-prem environments across compute, network, storage, and security.
  • Work closely with security teams to strengthen posture, address vulnerabilities, and enhance monitoring.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop IT operations and support teams.
  • Manage vendors and technology partners to meet performance and SLA commitments.
  • Drive operational improvements, automation, and service quality enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership/management role. Experience in a regulated financial environment (banking, payments, fintech, insurance, or capital markets) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with
    regulatory requirements for financial institutions
    (e.g., BNM RMiT, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, MAS TRM, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network operations, cloud technologies, and IT governance.
