About the role

We are a Malaysia-based manufacturer of sublimation printing inks and digital printing materials, serving customers across Asia and other regions. As our business grows, we are looking for a hands-on and eager-to-learn technician to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and testing digital printers and inks.
  • Learn to create and adjust color profiles (ICC) for different printers and materials.
  • Support customers on technical issues related to color and print quality.
  • Travel within Malaysia and overseas for customer visits, training, and exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the R&D and color management team to improve print performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Art, Design, Printing Technology, or related fields.
  • Good sense of color and interest in printing or digital imaging.
  • Enjoys hands-on technical work and willing to learn new skills.
  • Training will be provided, including color management and ICC profiling.
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally when needed.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and able to work independently.
